We have not appointed a data protection officer — the property is not among the entities required to do so.

From the contact form on this website:

1. a.your name — so we know how to address you,
2. b.your email address — so we can reply,
3. c.your phone number — an optional field, filled in only if you prefer a call,
4. d.the content of your message.

When you book — the data you enter in the booking form embedded on this site. That form is operated by our booking-system provider; see chapter V.

During a phone call or email exchange — whatever you tell us yourself.

We do not ask for data we do not need, and we do not buy data from anyone.

To answer a question sent through the form, by email or by phone — on the basis of our legitimate interest in corresponding with guests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To conclude and perform the accommodation contract — booking, check-in, settlement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To issue and keep accounting records — an obligation under tax law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We send no newsletter, we do not profile guests and we make no automated decisions about you.

Correspondence from the form and by email — for as long as the matter requires, then up to 12 months, because questions about a stay often come back after the season.

Booking and stay data — for the duration of the contract, then until claims become time-barred.

Accounting records — 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose. We cannot shorten this period even at your request, because the law requires it.

Our booking-system provider — it operates the booking form embedded on this site and the availability calendar.

Our email provider — a message from the contact form reaches us as an ordinary email.

The provider of the server hosting this site and the service that routes its traffic.

Our accountants and state authorities — to the extent required by law.

We do not sell data and we share it with no one for marketing purposes.

This site stores one cookie of its own: NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers your chosen language so you do not have to pick it again on your next visit. It lives for a year and you can delete it in your browser settings.

Visit statistics are collected with a cookieless tool. It stores nothing on your device and builds no profile of you.

We also count steps in the booking form anonymously: the event itself, the page language and the booking amount. We record no IP address, no browser information and no identifier, so these records cannot be linked to a particular person.

We deliberately use neither Google Analytics nor advertising tools that follow visitors across websites. That is why this site shows you no cookie consent banner.

The embedded booking form comes from an external service and may store cookies of its own, needed to complete a booking. That service's rules are independent of ours.

At any time you have the right to:

1. a.obtain a copy of your data and learn what we do with it,
2. b.correct inaccurate data and complete incomplete data,
3. c.request erasure of your data or restriction of its processing,
4. d.object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
5. e.transfer your data to another controller.

To exercise any of these rights, simply write to [email protected]. We reply without undue delay, within one month at the latest.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot answer your message, and without booking details we cannot prepare your stay.

If we change how we process data, we will change this document and the date shown at the top of it.
